🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Candidates with higher qualifications such as LL.M. or relevant experience in regulatory matters will be preferred.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in legal research, drafting, or working with regulatory authorities is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Legal drafting and interpretation
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
📝 Job Responsibilities
- Assist in legal and regulatory research work related to electricity laws, regulations, and policies.
- Draft legal documents, regulations, orders, and reports as required by the Commission.
- Analyze petitions, judgments, and statutory documents.
- Assist officers of the Commission in day-to-day legal matters and regulatory affairs.
